Geo Drill SA was established in 2018 as part of the Raphetha Group — a diversified South African business group committed to infrastructure, construction, and technical services. From our Gauteng base, we have grown into a nationally respected drilling company providing borehole drilling, auger drilling, diamond core drilling, Odex drilling, RC drilling, sonic drilling, yield testing, and water quality testing across all nine provinces.
Our specialist drilling disciplines span the full spectrum — from standard auger and rotary air blast drilling for mineral exploration, to Odex drilling nationally, dolomite investigation, sinkhole remediation, and in-situ testing. Every project is staffed by qualified geotechnicians, registered professional engineers, and experienced drill operators who understand South African ground conditions intimately.
We are CIDB registered, compliant with SANS 1936 dolomite investigation standards, and operate in full accordance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
