Geo Drill SA was established in 2018 as part of the Raphetha Group — a diversified South African business group committed to infrastructure, construction, and technical services. From our Gauteng base, we have grown into a nationally respected drilling company with a fleet of specialised rigs operated by qualified professionals.

Our operations span specialist drilling disciplines — from standard auger and rotary air blast drilling for mineral exploration, to Odex drilling, specialist dolomite investigation, sinkhole remediation, and in-situ geotechnical testing. Every project is staffed by qualified geotechnicians, registered professional engineers, and experienced drill operators who understand South African ground conditions intimately.

We are CIDB registered, compliant with SANS 1936 dolomite investigation standards, and operate in full accordance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act. Our commitment to safety, data quality, and on-time delivery has earned us long-term contracts with some of South Africa's largest mining houses, municipalities, and civil engineering firms.
